Alec was born on November 22, 1999, and was the beloved son of Chantal (née Lalonde) and Paul Maisonneuve. From a young age, Alec was known for his kindness, genuine nature, and the ease with which he connected with others. He was a warm, dependable person whose presence brought comfort and encouragement to those around him. His family remembers him as a loyal brother and a loving grandson, deeply devoted to the people he cared about most.
He is remembered with love by his siblings Cloé, Jade, and Yan, with whom he shared many treasured memories and close bonds. Alec also leaves behind his maternal grandmother, Pierrette Lalonde, and his paternal grandparents, Pierre and Francine Maisonneuve. The family has arranged a time of visitation on Monday, February 2, 2026, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Théo Brunet & Sons Funeral Home, 2419 Laurier Street, Rockland, Ontario. Additional visitation will be held Tuesday morning from 10:00 a.m. at Saint‑Isidore Church, 4544 Ste‑Catherine Street, Saint‑Isidore, in advance of the funeral service that will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 3, 2026.
